HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.21971 of 2006 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents to reduce the level of bund of Thorrikunta Tank or pay compensation to petitioners by acquiring the submerged lands admeasuring Ac.4.00 in Sy.Nos.216 and 217 of Singaram Village, Bayyaram Mandal, Khammam District.

On 10.02.2015, this Court directed respondent No.4 to make enquiry and conduct survey whether bund of the tank was raised or whether any repairs were taken up; and the Tahsildar, Bayyaram, by proceedings dated 03.03.2015, submitted a report stating that the officials have not raised the level of tank bund.

Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Sri Santhosh Kumar Mekala, learned counsel, representing Sri C.Damodar Reddy, learned Counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh representation to the authorities concerned setting forth their grievance.

Granting liberty as sought for, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
