OFFICE NOTE SL NO 22.04.2022 KS,J I.A.No.01 of 2022 This Application has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this court in Crl.Petition No.9684 of 2021, dt.24.12.2021, whereunder while granting bail to the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 5 were directed "to report before the Station House Officer personally on every Sunday between 10.00 AM and 05.00 PM till completion of investigation and filing of final report"

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that eversince the date of the order the petitioners are abiding by the condition imposed by this Court.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the charge sheet is not yet filed.

Taking into consideration of the submission of learned counsel for petitioners, this Application is ordered and the condition imposed by this court in Crl.Petition No.9684 of 2021, dt.24.12.2021 directing the petitioners to report before the Station House Officer personally on every Sunday between 10.00 AM and 05.00 PM till completion of investigation and filing of final report, is hereby relaxed.

However, the petitioners/Accused Nos.2 to 5 shall appear before the investigating authorities as and when required.
