No. 4387 of 2015 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) On the last occasion, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, as such, the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption " for orders" . Even today, same is the situation. It is, therefore, reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested to pursue its cause in the writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
