HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8946 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ A1 and A2 and learned Public Prosecutor representing the State before ordering notice to the 1st respondent in impugning Crime No.92 of 2017 of Kulsumpura Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 341, 506 r/ w 34 I.P.C. and perused the grounds urged in the quash petition and the contents of F.I.R., which is outcome of civil dispute.

Having regard to the above, though there is nothing to interdict the investigation for the police to conduct, there shall be interim stay of arrest of the petitioners pending investigation. However, this order will not prevent the Police to secure the petitioners for the purpose of investigation as and when required. All the defences of the accused are left open.
