According to the petitioner, he is a resident of Flat No.202 in an apartment bearing Municipal No.12-2-416/ 64 situated at Gudimalkapur, Hyderabad. He submits that the owners of the flat in the ground floor blocked the common passage by constructing an extra structure and have also put up a gate blocking access to the other residents of the apartment causing lot of inconvenience and hardship. Having noticed the illegal constructions made by the unofficial respondents, a complaint was filed on 11.06.2019 before the respondent No.1, but so far no action is taken. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed. Copy of the complaint filed by the petitioner is enclosed as Ex.P3.

When the matter is taken up, the learned standing counsel informs this Court that, since a complaint is filed by the petitioner, appropriate steps would be taken by considering the complaint. 3.

In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on the merits and without prejudice to the rights of the respondent Nos.2 to 4, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the respondent No.1 - Corporation to examine the grievance of the petitioner within a time frame, if necessary, by affording an opportunity of hearing to respondent Nos.2 to 4 considering their objections and to take further course of action strictly in accordance with the GHMC Act. 4.
