THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27627 OF 2016 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus by calling the records pertaining to the extent of Ac.1.28 guntas situated in Sy.No.273 of Narsinghi village, Rajendranagar Mandal, R.R.District and direct the respondents to allot the said land for utilization by the community in terms of G.O.Ms.No.274, dated 14.03.1996.

As on today, there is no allotment of land in favour of the petitioner. In view of the same, this Court cannot interdict the impugned proceedings. However, it is stated that since the petitioner has filed application dated 13.06.2016 before the 2nd respondent for allotment of land as per G.O.Ms.No.274, dated 14.03.1996, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner in accordance with law.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stands closed.
