Mr. Chandraiah Sunkara, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, submits that the interim order granted on 18.03.2013 in W.P.M.P.No.9841 of 2013 in W.P.No.7849 of 2013 had been complied with and subsequently, the writ petition was closed as it had become infructuous. Recording the aforesaid submission, the present contempt case is closed.
