Sri Kota Subba Rao, learned counsel for the appellant - Insurance Company, represents that on the instructions of the appellant he has addressed a letter to the Registrar (Judicial) seeking permission of the Court for withdrawal of the appeal and sought to accord permission.

2. Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the MACMA is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

3. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the appeal shall stand closed.
