THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.1108 OF 2016 ORDER:

When the matter is called today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after filing the counter, some benefits have been given to the petitioner herein and for the rest of the benefits, petitioner herein may be permitted to avail the remedies open for him and the contempt case may be closed with the said liberty.

Recording the said submission, contempt case is closed, with the liberty as prayed. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
