This petition is filed, under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C."), to quash the proceedings in Crime No.11 of 2017 on the file of Mangapet Police Station, Jayashankar District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 3(1)(r) & (s) of SC, ST (POA) Act, 1989.

The counsel for the petitioners raised various grounds. However, the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana submits that the police filed a final report on 30.04.2018 referring the case as false and it is pending before the Magistrate for passing appropriate orders.

When the police filed a final report referring the case as false, the question of quashing the proceedings again, does not arise. 4.

Hence, recording the submission made by the Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is closed.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
