Gowravarapu Srinivasa Rao v. Government Of Andhra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P. No.8453 OF 2011 ORDER:
The petitioner, a tenant of agricultural land of 4th respondentTemple challenges auction notice dated 19.03.2011 for the years 2011-2012 to 2013-2014, as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to A. P. Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act. The grievance of petitioner is that according to lease rules, the petitioner is entitled for extension of lease for three more years and without considering that legitimate request, issuing impugned auction notice is illegal and unsustainable. This Court granted interim stay on 30.03.2011. The petitioner, it appears, has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court as well. With the passage of time, the cause in the writ petition is substantially worked out.
The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ___________ S.V.BHATT, J Date: 20.03.2018 Stp
