When the matter had come up on 03.08.2017, none appeared for the petitioners and there was no representation on their behalf, and therefore, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, when the matter has come up for hearing, none appears for the petitioners and there is no representation on their behalf. Therefore, the petitioners are not evincing any interest in prosecuting their case. 2) The civil revision petition is, accordingly, dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.

3) Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this civil revision petition shall stand dismissed.
