The petitioner complains that respondent No.3 is not taking any action on the complaint dated 04-06-2018 made by him.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the petitioner has sent complaint on 04-06-2018 and on the same day, they addressed a letter saying that they have compromised the matter. Again when the present writ petition is filed, a case in Cr.No.161 of 2018 is registered.
