Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, the 1st respondent reviewed the impugned letter and passed order dated 06.04.2011 restoring the pension of the petitioner with certain conditions, and in view of the same, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed.

Heard Sri K.L.N.Raghavender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Central Government appearing for respondents. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, writ petition is disposed of.
