This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in Crime No.71 of 2014 of Andra Police Station, Andra, Vizianagaram District, for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 494 of I.P.C. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners represented that after completion of investigation charge sheet is filed by the police before the concerned Court and hence, no orders are need to be passed. Recording the said submission, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Pending miscellaneous petitions in the petition, if any, shall stand closed.
