THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22056 of 2017 ORDER:

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, P.Papa Rao, advocate clerk, who was present before the Court pleaded mercy stating that he will not repeat the mistake again in future. It is further stated that though he is working as a clerk since 9 years, such an act was never done by him and he blindly believed the petitioner, who is an advocate, and according to his instructions he filed the present petition. The petitioner who was present earlier, also pleaded that there was no malafide intention or such an act was done only due to communication gap and that such a thing will not happen again. He also seeks permission for withdrawal of the writ petition. Both of them stated that they will not repeat such mistake.

Having regard to the circumstances stated above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, with a caution to the petitioner as well as the advocate-clerk who filed the writ petition not to repeat such mistakes in future.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
