THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 5752 of 2009 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner is seeking a Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering his representation, dated 09.01.2009 for appointing him as Single Trustee of Sri Sivarama Deekshitulu Ashram situated at Ashok Nagar, Ring Road, Vizianagaram, as illegal and arbitrary. On 25.03.2009, this Court while admitting this Writ Petition, in WPMP.No.7514 of 2009, issued interim direction to the respondents for considering the petitioner's representation, dated 09.01.2009. In other words, the main prayer of the petitioner in the Writ Petition stands granted in the said WPMP itself. Further, in the counter-affidavit filed by respondent No.5, it was asserted that the Deputy Commissioner vide proceedings, dated 19.08.2009 rejected the aforesaid representation of the petitioner.

In those circumstances, nothing survives in this Writ Petition, which is accordingly closed.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
