HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.30 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 CPC to withdraw A.S. No.40 of 2007 pending on the file of the Court of VI Additional District Judge, Tirupati and transfer the same to the Court of III Additional District Judge, Tirupati to be tried along with A.S.No.129 of 2007. 2 When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner requested this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to her under law including filing of similar type of petition before appropriate forum. Permission is granted.

3 Accordingly, the Transfer CMP is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner as prayed for. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed. _________________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J Date: 06.07.2015.
