ORDER:- Petitioner is aggrieved by the non-consideration of her application for grant of pattadar passbook and title deed with regard to the land to an extent of Ac.10-00 guntas in survey No.219/5 of Nermaragomula Village, Bibinagar Mandal, Nalgonda District. Petitioner gave intimation of acquisition of rights to the said land with registration document No.13762 of 2014 under Form VI(A) application on 28.01.2015. The grievance of the petitioner however is that in spite of lapse of several months no action is taken by the fourth respondent.
2. Learned government pleader for Revenue has been unable to get instructions in spite of grant of time twice.
3. The writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to consider petitioner's aforesaid application under Form VI(A) dated 28.01.2015 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
