HONOURABLE JUSTICE G. SRI DEVI I.A.No.1 of 2019 in/and CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No. 1658 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:

1) This Criminal Revision Case under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners/ A.1 to A.4 to quash the proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.331 of 2017 in P.R.C.No.12 of 2017 on the file of the XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 307 and 406 of IPC. 2) During pendency of the criminal petition, I.A.No.1 of 2019 came to be filed by the first respondent to record the compromise. A joint memo which is signed by the parties and their counsel came to be filed, inter alia, stating that at the intervention of elders and well wishers, the parties have settled their disputes in terms of the compromise. The said joint memo has been supported by the affidavit of the first respondent.

3) Today, both the parties are present before this Court and they were identified by their respective counsel. This Court, when examined, both the parties have stated that at the instance of the elders, they have settled the matter out of the Court and the first respondent has no objection for quashing the proceedings against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.4.

4) In the light of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the compromise memo filed by both the parties is recorded and I.A.No.1 of 2019 is ordered.

5) Consequently, the Criminal Revision Case is allowed in terms of compromise and the proceedings in Crl.M.P.No.331 of 2017 in P.R.C.No.12 of 2017 on the file of the XVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, against the petitioners/ A.1 to A.4 are hereby quashed.
