Heard.

The limited grievance of the petitioner is this writ petition is that in spite of filing of revision case No.1267/2015-D before the 2nd respondent as early as on 2003-2015, neither the revision petition nor stay petition is being taken up and no orders are passed.

The petitioner submits that by the proceedings of the 7th respondent, dated 23-02-2015, which are impugned in the said revision, the pattadar pass books and title deeds issued in favour of the petitioner was cancelled. The said order of the 7th respondent is the subject matter of revision as aforesaid and on the basis of the said order of the 7th respondent, which is subjudiced in the said revision, respondents 3 to 6 are pressurizing the revenue and police authorities to take action against the petitioner.

Since the revision of the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent along with the stay petition, it is just and appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to hear and dispose of either the revision petition or the stay petition expeditiously. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that respondents 3 to 6 are already appearing before the 2nd respondent and as such there is no impediment in hearing and disposal of the said revision case itself. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to examine the revision petition referred to above along with the stay petition filed by the petitioner and take appropriate decision to hear and dispose the revision petition or the stay petition expeditiously preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by passing appropriate orders. No order as to costs.
