The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring action on the part of the respondents in interfering and intending to demolish the constructions in the said property an extent of 75.28 Sq Yards covered in Survey No. 89 of Pedagantyada Village, Pedagantyada Mandal, Visakhapatnam District as arbitrary, illegal and prevent the respondents from interfering with my possession and enjoyment of the property an extent of 75.28 Sq Yards covered in Survey No 89 of Pedagantyada Village, Pedagantyada Mandal, Visakhapatnam District.." On instructions, it is stated that the respondents are not interfering with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner. On the genuineness of possession certificate, the learned Assistant Government Pleader informs the Court that it was issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer.
