HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.25654 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in calling the petitioner to the police station without any complaint and seeks direction to the 3rd respondent not to interfere with the possession of petitioner over land admeasuring Ac.2-85 cents in Sy.No.18/1 of Kadapayapalle Revenue Village, Sidhout Mandal, Kadapa District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and unofficial respondents in respect of DKT patta land. Infact, the petitioner and one Animela Naga Mallesh filed complaints in respect of a civil dispute. The said complaints were enquired into and the same were found to be civil in nature. The petitioner was informed of the same by letter dated 30-07-2018.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies. However, the respondent-police shall not interfere with the life, liberty and property of the petitioner except in accordance with law.
