HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7141 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners/ accused Nos.1, 3 and 4 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the Crime No.428 of 2015 of P.M.Palem Police Station, Visakhapatnam, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471, 447, 427, 506, 509 r/w 34 IPC against the petitioners/ accused Nos.1, 3 and 4 and another.

2) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/ accused Nos.1, 3 and 4 and also 1st respondent-State represented by learned Public Prosecutor before admission and before ordering notice to 2nd respondent-de facto complainant. Perused the material on record including order passed by this Court in Crl.P.No.5704 of 2015, which is filed by the accused No.2.

4) Having regard to the above, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, directing the Station House officer, P.M.Palem Police Station, Visakhapatnam, not to arrest the petitioners/ accused Nos.1, 3 and 4 in Crime No.428 of 2014, however, the investigation shall continue to its logical end and the petitioners shall co-operate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of the investigation.
