THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL C.M.A.NOs.1586 AND 1893 OF 2004 COMMON JUDGMENT:

These two appeals are preferred against the award, dated 05-12-2003 in O.P.No.188 of 2000 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-II Additional District Judge, West Godavari District, Eluru.

Learned counsel appearing for both parties submitted that in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award, dated 10-12-2015. The said submission is recorded.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of compromise arrived at between the parties, no further orders need be passed in these appeals. 4.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are disposed of in terms of the award. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in these appeals shall stand closed.
