THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE GUDI SEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRI T APPEAL No.1026 of 2017 06.09.2017 Between:

The Director of Intermediate Education, State of Telangana, Hyderabad and another ..Appellants and Md.Mahood Sajid and others ..Respondents Counsel for the appellants: Government Pleader for Higher Educaiton Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2: Gadi Ramachandra Reddy for M.N.Narasimha Reddy Counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4: -- The Court made the following:

CVNR,J & MSKJ,J W.A.No.1026 of 2017 06.09.2017 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ appeal is filed with the delay of 502 days. On a perusal of the order, which is assailed in this writ appeal, we are convinced that this writ appeal is wholly misconceived as the learned Single Judge has merely closed the writ petition, by placing on record, the submission of the learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2/writ petitioners that in view of proceedings, dated 21.12.2002 issued by the appellants, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. From this order, it is evident that the learned Single Judge has not adjudicated any part of the lis raised by respondent No.1 and 2/writ petitioners in the writ petition. Therefore, by any standards, the said order cannot be said to work against the interests of the appellants.

2.

In the above view of the matter, the Writ Appeal as well as all the miscellaneous applications, including the one filed for condonation of delay, are wholly unnecessary and they are, therefore, rejected/disposed of as such.
