This writ petition is filed challenging the Look-out Circular issued by the 2nd respondent against the petitioner in connection with CC No.1377 of 2018 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kurnool.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that this Court disposed of similar writ petition with similar prayer in WP.No.13532 of 2018 on 05-06-2018.

In view of the same, and for the reasons alike in WP.No.13532 of 2018, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file application for recalling of Lookout Circular before the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kurnool, where CC.No.1377 of 2018 is pending, and whenever such application is made by the petitioner, the said Court is directed to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law, as petitioner wants to travel abroad.
