The order impugned in this Revision Petition is an order rejecting an application under Order 21 Rule 90 CPC. Orders of this nature are in fact appealable under Order 43 Rule 1 (j) CPC. Therefore granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal under Order 43 Rule 1 (j) CPC challenging the impugned order, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
