HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.25624 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 4th respondent in registering the crime on the complaint dated 25-04-2018 made by the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that though the petitioner has given complaint on 25-04-2018, the same is not signed by the petitioner and the 4th respondent deputed staff to the house of the petitioner for the purpose of enquiry. But the petitioner was not available in the house. G.D.entry was also made on 24-07-2018. As non-signing of the complaint by the petitioner, action could not be taken.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner will make fresh complaint.

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to make fresh complaint and on making such complaint, the 4th respondent is directed to take action on the same, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
