This Petition has been filed for quashing S.C.No. 5 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge - cum - II Additional District Judge, Vijayawada.

Learned Public Prosecutor has pointedly drawn my attention to the fact that the petitioners - accused have been acquitted on 26.04.2013 in S.C.No. 5 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge - cum - II Additional District Judge, Vijayawada.

In that view of the matter, no further orders are needed to be passed in this case. Hence, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
