THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.240 OF 2016 ORDER:

The first respondent herein was the plaintiff in the suit O.S.No.182 of 2014 and an interlocutory application bearing number I.A.No.722 of 2014 was moved in that suit by the plaintiff seeking ad interim injunction. The present petitioner herein is impleaded as second defendant to the suit and consequently, as the second respondent to the above interlocutory application I.A.No.722 of 2014. The grievance of the petitioner herein in this revision is that, by keeping the said interlocutory application pending, for the past two years, the interests of the petitioner herein are put to peril. In these set of circumstances, the Additional Junior Civil Judgecum-XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar is directed to take up for consideration I.A.No.722 of 2014 and decide the same on merits within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of this order.

Civil revision petition stands disposed of with this order. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
