THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7497 OF 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C) seeking to quash the proceedings in crime No.163 of 2013 on the file of the P.S., Manuguru, Khammam District, registered for the offence under Sections 420 and 506 IPC.

When this matter has come up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of the investigation in the above crime, charge sheet was filed and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the petition has become infructuous. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are given liberty to approach the Court below seeking appropriate relief in accordance with law. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
