HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.24807 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that she made application dated 04.11.2016 to the respondent Corporation seeking permission for construction of commercial building in the land to an extent of 3.632 Square Yards in Survey No.87, 88, TS.No.13 & 17, Block-A, Ward No.13, Shaikpet (V&M), Hyderabad; and that in pursuance to the said application the respondent vide Lr.No.87695/04/11/2013/HO/2680 dated 06.10.2015 asked the petitioner to submit certain documents. Thereafter the petitioner submitted all the documents as required by the respondent. In the said letter dated 06.10.2015 addressed by the respondent calling for certain documents, a reference is also made with regard to submission of revised plan by the petitioner on 20.08.2015. Inspite of submission of all the documents as required by the respondent, no action has been taken by the respondent on the application of petitioner for building permission. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Kesava Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation.

Since the application of the petitioner for building permission is stated to have been pending before the

respondent, it is for the competent authority to consider the same and take action accordingly.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to dispose of the application dated 04.11.2016 submitted by the petitioner for building permission, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.
