THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25651 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard the counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise, appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4, and Sri S.A.Razack, learned counsel for the fifth respondent.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 26.07.2018, furnished by the Prohibition & Excise Superintendent, Kadapa-fourth respondent herein to the learned Government Pleader, are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader. The relevant portion of the said instructions reads as under:

"Accordingly, the Prohibition & Excise Superintendent, Kadapa addressed a letter on 23.07.2018 to the Depot Manager, APBCL, Kadapa to issue IML stock to the M/s Sujan Wines, Sidhout as per Hon'ble High Court orders. Further I submit that the petitioner has not approached the Depot Manager, APBCL, Kadapa for getting stock and he presumed that stocks will not issue by the Depot and filed a W.P.No.25651 of 2018 in the Hon'ble High Court". Having regard to the above written instructions, and by placing the same on record, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
