1. The present Criminal petition is filed seeking the Court to quash the proceedings that are pending against the petitioners in Crime No.3O of 20 1 5 of Women police Station, CCS, Hyderabad.

On 30. Il.2022,Iearned Additional public prosecuror submitted that the Criminal petition has become infructuous. As there is no representation on petitioners, side continuously, taking into consideration the submission made by learned Additional public prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
