ORDER: (Per CVNR,J) This writ petition is filed for a certiorari to quash the order, dated 21.12.2015, in O.A.No.6907 of 2015 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal') - respondent No.5.

2. At the hearing, Mrs.Rachana S.Waddepalli, learned standing counsel for the Telangana Vaidya Vidhana Parishad appearing for respondent No.2, on oral instructions, submitted that respondent No.2 has sent the file of the petitioner back to respondent No.3 for being dealt with appropriately, as per the presidential order.

3. In view of the above submission, the cause of action in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, disposed of as such.
