HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5601 of 2015 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 22 of A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, challenging the order, dated 06-10-2015 passed in R.A.No.241 of 2013 in R.C.No.107 of 2011 by the Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad. R.A.No.241 of 2013 filed by the respondent herein under Section 20 of A.P. Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960 was allowed by the Additional Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad, reversing the order passed by the Principal Rent Controller, Secundrebed, in R.C.No.107 of 2011 on 30-10-2013.

But during the pendency of the revision petition the petitioner herein vacated the premises and handed over the possession of the property to the landlord-respondent herein and filed a Memo duly signed by both the petitioner and respondent and their respective counsel informing about vacating the premises.

Recording the said Memo, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
