Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.
The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:
"to issue a writ, order, or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent in not taking steps for inclusion of the petitioner's land an extent of 0.85 cents in Sy.No.1029 situated in Basanikond village, Madanapalli Mandal in online in spite of the letter addressed by the 2nd respondent dated 30.08.2016 and 29.09.2016 as illegal, arbitrary, highhanded and violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and also contrary to the provisions of ROR Act, consequently direct the 4th respondent to include the petitioner's land in online an extent of 0.85 cents in Sy.No.1029 of Basanikond village, Madanapalli Mandal, Chittoor District pursuant to the letters addressed by the 2nd respondent dated 30.08.2016 and 29.09.2016."

A perusal of the material on record would show that vide proceedings dated 30.08.2016 and 29.09.2016, the 2nd respondentDistrict Collector, Chittoor, directed the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, Madanapalle, to look into the matter personally and take necessary action as per Rules and intimate the action taken in that regard to the petitioner directly.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the 2nd respondent directed the 4th respondent to take necessary action, till date no action has been taken. 5.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the 2nd respondent may be directed to take necessary action. 6.
Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent - Tahsildar, Madanapalle, to look into the matter as per the directions of the 2nd respondent vide his letters dated 30.08.2016 and 29.09.2016 and take necessary action for inclusion of the petitioner's land admeasuring 0.85 cents in Sy.No.1029 situated in Basanikond village, Madanapalli Mandal, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
