ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the seizure of 170 quintals of rice along with lorries bearing registration Nos.AP 16 TW 6828, AP 7V 0688 and AP 7V 1503 by respondent No.1 on 30.3.2011, as illegal and arbitrary.
At the hearing, Mr.V.H.V.R.R.Swamy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
In view of the above submission of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.36256 of 2011 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
