The present appeal has been placed before this Bench in terms of a letter dated 09.07.2021 addressed by learned counsel for the appellant to the Registrar (Judicial) stating inter alia that the parties have arrived at an out of court settlement and in terms thereof, approached the learned Family Court for seeking divorce by mutual consent and therefore, nothing further survives in the present appeal for adjudication.

For the reasons stated in the letter addressed by learned counsel for the appellant to the Registry, the present appeal and the interlocutory application are disposed of as not pressed along with pending applications, if any.
