THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.25740 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) appearing for the respondents.

The limited grievance of the petitioner is that disciplinary proceedings are not concluded against him even though charge sheet was drawn on 15.11.2017 and the respondents have deliberately kept the matter pending.

Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent - TSRTC, on instructions, submits that enquiry is completed and enquiry officer submitted his report on 21.08.2018 pending consideration of the disciplinary proceedings.

If that is so, there is no justification to keep the Writ Petition pending.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the respondents to finalize the disciplinary action against petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
