THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.638 of 2016 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.PC challenging the order in C.R.P.No.131 of 2014 dated 04.08.2015 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge, Guntur.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
