THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.4543 of 2015 ORDER:

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner/JDr would submit that interim orders of stay were granted by this Court in A.S.No.767 of 2015 on the file of this Court and that in view of the said orders, there is no necessity to prosecute the present CRP and hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the CRP.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this CRP shall stand closed.
