Learned counsel for petitioners/A1 to A4 would submit that the parties to the litigation are intending to compound the offences before the trial Court and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petitions.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, both the Criminal Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Since the parties to the litigation are intending to compound the offences, it is left open for them to do so, in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Criminal Petitions shall stand closed.
