As the very request does not conform to the procedure prescribed by the extant rules, learned counsel does not press the writ prayer for the present and seeks liberty to apply as per the procedure. Thereafter, if inaction continues, seeks liberty to approach this Court.

By granting the liberty as prayed for, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
