At the stage of admission, the Criminal Petition is disposed of with the following order:

Having regard to the nature of allegations in FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the FIR and therefore, the Police of Podili Police Station, Prakasam District are directed to continue the Investigation and during the course of Investigation, they are directed not to arrest the petitioner/accused.

The petitioner/accused is directed to co-operate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of Investigation. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
