HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7872 of 2015 ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/Complainants of Cr.No.284 of 2014 of Khammam II Town Police Station, Khammam registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 209, 384, 406, 420, 510 read with 34 IPC dated 17-06-2014 from report against six accused, who are respondents 2 to 7 herein and also heard the 1st respondent-State represented by Public Prosecutor. Perused the material on record and before admission and before notice to accused persons, the Criminal Petition is disposed of with the following direction:

" As it is the duty of the investigating officer to complete the investigation and intimate the day to day progress of investigation to the Court besides mentioning in Part-I Case Diary to complete the investigation as mandated for the offences below ten years to be finished within sixty (60) days. Thus, at least by two months from today by just endeavour the investigation be completed and final report to be filed".

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
