The counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a Contempt Case against respondents for interfering with the construction of the house being made by petitioner, since the said action violates the order dt.27.07.2013 in W.P.No.5001 of 2013 passed by this Court.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. 3.
