THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.26202 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard Mr.B.Venkateshwarlu for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. Aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in allowing the appeal No.D/596/2017 dated 29-06-2018 directing the 4th respondent to delete the name of the petitioner from the revenue records and record the name of legal heirs in respect of the subject property, the present writ petition is filed.
Against the order of the 3rd respondent, petitioner filed Revision under Section 9 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 along with stay petition before the 2nd respondent and the same is pending.
Though an attempt is made for passing of interim orders, this Court, to meet the ends of justice, considers it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to take up and pass orders in the interlocutory application filed by the petitioner in the Revision, within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
