Learned counsel for the petitioners/A.1, A.2 and A.4 would represent that the matter has become infructuous. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that final report is filed on 27.06.2016 requesting to close the crime on the ground that there is no evidence (lack of evidence), and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
